As the IT Security Specialist at Attracct Advisors and co-founder of NepLearn, Sharad blends deep technical knowledge with a mission-driven mindset. With an MSc in IT specializing in Applied Security, his career spans development, education, and cybersecurity with a strong foundation in both the theory and application of secure systems.

Sharad began his professional journey as a developer and course administrator, where he designed and delivered hands-on learning experiences in data analytics and AI. He later transitioned into the role of Security Research Analyst, analyzing compliance and proposing real-world mitigations. In 2020, he authored a book examining the cultural patterns and stereotypical practices in Nepali society, offering thoughtful solutions to long-standing social issues, an effort that reflects his broader commitment to meaningful impact beyond the tech world.

At Attracct Advisors, Sharad leads key IT security initiatives and helps secure the firm’s infrastructure and operations. His expertise includes cybersecurity management, software development, and the design of agentic AI systems. As a leader, he believes every team member has a unique way of working and simply needs to be guided in the right direction—not micromanaged.

In addition to his full-time work, Sharad has launched and learned from his two failed startup ventures. These entrepreneurial experiences, though not commercially successful, sharpened his strategic thinking and adaptability; skills he plans to leverage on his path to becoming a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Outside of work, Sharad enjoys reading thought-provoking books and listening to classical music. Whether in the pages of nonfiction or the chords of a piano, he finds the same inspiration that fuels his personal and professional growth.
