Madison’s roots are deep in Baton Rouge, where she graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a teaching degree. Before joining Attracct in November 2024, she built a strong background in investment operations and client services. Her previous experience working with complex financial processes and maintaining high-touch client relationships directly translates to her current role, allowing her to anticipate client needs, streamline communication, and provide exceptional support. Now as an Executive Assistant, she’s all about making clients feel right at home. Her education and professional experience help her break down complicated processes and keep everyone in the loop.

Outside of work, Madison’s world revolves around her husband Collin and their two kiddos, Everett and Millie. She’s big on family time, whether that’s exploring new places or just hanging out together. Travel and soaking up different cultures are her jam, and she finds inspiration in the little moments of everyday life.
