Kimber was born in North Louisiana and relocated to Prairieville, Louisiana following college. She attended Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana, where she studied Business Administration.

Kimber joined the Attracct team in March 2023 and now serves as Director of Administration. In this role, she oversees the firm’s internal operations, human resources, and administrative functions, ensuring that the team has the structure and support needed to thrive. She leads initiatives to streamline processes, enhance employee engagement, and strengthen communication across departments. With her background in project management and executive support, Kimber plays a key role in aligning day- to-day operations with the firm’s long-term vision and growth strategy.

Known for her organizational insight, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs, Kimber empowers leaders and staff to perform at their best. She is passionate about creating a positive workplace culture and building systems that allow Attracct’s team to deliver consistent, high- quality service to clients.

Outside of work, Kimber enjoys spending time with her husband Scott and cuddling with her furry dog children—Brees, Boomer, and Beignet. She also loves traveling and going on adventures with her human family—Bailey, Brandon, Rylee, and Payton.
