Isha Khawas is a trained marketing specialist with a strong foundation in branding, campaign planning, and lead generation. Born and raised in Nepal, she earned her Master’s in Strategic Marketing Management from BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo, all while continuing to build hands-on experience in international markets.

Her career spans a wide range of industries, including, insuretech, FMCG, robotics, and services, where she’s contributed across market research, product development, and full-spectrum marketing strategy in both B2B and B2C markets. Since joining Attracct in April 2025, Isha has been leading and executing campaigns with a focus on clarity, consistency, and results.

No matter the industry or audience, her approach stays the same: people-first strategies that deliver. She’s especially skilled at understanding customer journeys and turning big-picture ideas into sharp, compelling messaging that resonates and converts.
