Attracct Accounting Advisors, the award-winning accounting and tax advisory firm, has named Chris Satterfield Vice President of Operations. Chris leads Attracct’s leadership team, owns the firm’s financial results, and connects sales and marketing, tax, and advisory, so every client gets one consistent experience.
Chris brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across U.S. Army Special Operations, home services, and business management. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Operations for a national home services franchise organization. There, he worked directly with business owners to improve profitability, develop leadership teams, and strengthen operational performance.

Chris works with leadership to set clear priorities and make sure every part of Attracct works toward the same plan. His focus areas include:
- Leading the leadership team and holding it accountable to its commitments
- Owning the firm’s financial results
- Connecting sales and marketing, tax, and advisory into one client experience
- Improving internal processes so daily operations support long-term goals
- Making sure the firm has the right people and processes in place to grow
From Special Operations to Business Operations
Chris served 18 years in U.S. Army Special Operations and completed more than 14 deployments. That experience shaped how he leads, with a focus on accountability, sound decision-making, and dependable teams.
After his military career, Chris held executive roles in the home services and energy industries. He was responsible for financial performance, business development, and organizational growth.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Charleston.
