Chris Satterfield serves as Vice President of Operations at Attracct Advisors, where he focuses on strengthening business operations, supporting the firm’s growth, and helping the team deliver an exceptional experience for clients. He works closely with leadership to establish clear priorities, improve internal processes, and ensure day-to-day operations support the firm’s long-term goals.

Chris brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across military special operations, home services, and business management. Before joining Attracct Advisors, he served as Vice President of Operations for a national home services franchise organization, where he worked directly with business owners to improve profitability, develop leadership teams, and strengthen operational performance. His background also includes executive leadership roles in the home services and energy industries, with responsibility for financial performance, business development, and organizational growth.

Prior to his business career, Chris served 18 years in U.S. Army Special Operations, completing more than 14 deployments. His military experience shaped his leadership approach, emphasizing accountability, sound decision-making, and building dependable teams.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Charleston.
